Possess positive 'can do’ attitude and build the experience to progress their career. You will be a positive person with sharp business expertise and have an assertive, persuasive style. Key to success is your ability to listen, participate and drive your teams whilst maintaining excellent standard. You will be working as a team and supporting colleagues whilst also developing your own teams and relationships.

To be successful within this role, the candidate requires a great attitude. Ability to communicate on the phone and face-to-face basis. You should be positive, enthusiastic, conscientious, self-motivated and hard working as you would be the voice of the company. You must possess a full and clear driving licence.

  • Organise and supervise cleaning operatives
  •  Complete time sheets
  • Carry out specialist cleaning operations 
  • Monitor the use of materials and order stocks as necessary
  • Deal with any issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to Operations Manager where appropriate
  • Ensure that cleaning is delivered to the expected and agreed standards
  • Provide technical training as and when required for all cleaning staff and liaise with Operations Manager for additional training requirements
  • Monitor and review cleaning staff performance
  • Advise Operations Manager of any potential disciplinary issues as and when issues
  • Ensure all Health & Safety procedures are followed and encourage safe working practices at all times
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks are carried out in accordance with the specification arise
  • Ensure the effective use of equipment and materials
  • Report all machinery faults
  • Ensure that cleaning operatives are working the correct hours
